Karen Liwas is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Assistant to join their team. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a private residence, providing top-notch cleaning and housekeeping services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.

Additional tasks include making beds, changing sheets, stocking linen closets, doing laundry, and performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

The Housekeeping Assistant will also be responsible for shopping for food and household supplies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Washing windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the residence

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
