Job Summary


We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Sales Associate to join our team at Value Village. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You'll work closely with our team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment, process donations efficiently, and provide outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Process donations efficiently, following established procedures and guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and promote store initiatives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
