About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Professional to join our team at Associated Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading environmental projects and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead environmental projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement environmental management plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental risks.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on environmental matters, including project planning and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in an environmental discipline (e.g., biology, environmental science, geography, earth science, or soil/reclamation science).
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on environmental projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the Northern markets, including key client sectors and regulatory processes.
  • Effective leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with local Indigenous governments and communities is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license.
