About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and rating infrastructure and project finance transactions in the US and Canada;
  • Conducting research on new and existing North American transactions;
  • Identifying relevant trends and assessing their credit impact;
  • Gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and legal documents;
  • Producing ratings, publishing credit reports, and contributing to special research reports;
  • Meeting with senior management of entities and/or project sponsors, investment bankers, and financial advisors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7-10 years of solid project finance-related experience;
  • Proven project finance and infrastructure credit skills gained in a bank credit department, a rating agency, buy-side credit department, etc.;
  • Solid writing and verbal communication skills.
