**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead our industrial projects in Sudbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects, collaborating with clients, and driving project success.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead industrial projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.

**Requirements**

  • Post-secondary degree in Mechanical Engineering with Professional Engineer designation.
  • 7-10 years' experience in Mechanical Engineering in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of engineering science and technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and organizational abilities.
  • Professional behavior with honesty and integrity.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks in team environments.
  • Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship.
