Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUSHI MURA restaurant Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a restaurant environment with a moderate level of physical activity required.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

30 to 40 hours per week.
