About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Team Lead to lead our clinical team in delivering high-quality treatment programs at EHN Canada's Sandstone Recovery Centre. As a seasoned mental health professional, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical programming, promoting collaborative teamwork, and ensuring excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, including clinicians, registered dietitians, and other support staff.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Lead weekly clinical case conferences to ensure seamless communication and coordination among team members.
  • Collaborate with community partners to enhance patient outcomes and improve access to resources.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new staff members while maintaining a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in psychology or social work from an accredited institution.
  • Active registration with a recognized regulatory body as per the Alberta Health Professions Act.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing mental health assessments and interventions, with a focus on eating disorders.
  • Experience leading a multidisciplinary team and developing innovative programs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
