Job Title: Intelligence Solutions Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team at Next Level Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our employees and customers in the Precision Ag industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training modules to employees and customers on Precision Ag equipment and technology.
  • Develop and adapt training content to meet the needs of our clients in the Precision Ag industry.
  • Organize and manage training schedules and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing growth and development of employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical manuals, equipment setup, components, and operations for John Deere and short-line products.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in adult learning programs and strong presentation skills.
  • Technical experience in diagnosing and repairing basic electrical products.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and reports.
  • Extensive experience in an agriculture-related role, dealership Service or Precision Ag preferred.
  • Knowledge of farm and agriculture systems in the region.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including extensive travel.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
  • High school diploma/equivalent required, Agriculture/Business/Engineering degree preferred.
  • Ability to use desktop and internet applications.
