Long Distance Bus Driver

Kasper Transportation is seeking a skilled Long Distance Bus Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation network, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers across the country.
Estimated Salary$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Responsibilities- Operate buses, ensuring timely arrivals and departures while maintaining a safe environment for passengers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passenger inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collect fares and manage transactions accurately, adhering to company policies.
- Report any delays, mechanical issues, or accidents promptly, following established protocols.
- Load and unload vehicles, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Direct passengers during emergency evacuation procedures, demonstrating expertise and composure.
- Maintain control of student activities during travel, preventing distractions that could compromise safety.
- Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles, and buses with fewer than 24 passengers).
- 1-2 years of experience as an intercity bus driver, tour and charter bus driver, or in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.
- Certified Criminal Record Check, Driving Record Check (abstract), Drug Test, and Medical Exam.
