Job Title: Long Distance Bus Driver

Kasper Transportation is seeking a reliable and skilled Long Distance Bus Driver to join our team. As a Long Distance Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers over long distances, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate buses safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passengers are informed and comfortable throughout the journey.
  • Collect fares and record transactions accurately.
  • Report any delays, mechanical issues, or accidents to the dispatch team.
  • Load and unload passengers and luggage safely.
  • Direct passengers during emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other drivers using two-way radio systems.
Requirements:
  • Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles, and buses with fewer than 24 passengers).
  • 1-2 years of experience as a bus driver.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Valid driver's abstract and medical exam.
