Cashier Supervisor Job Description

RAMI NAGI PHARMACY LIMITED is seeking a skilled Cashier Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of cashiers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize payments, returns, and sales transactions
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including stockroom management
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cashiers and other store staff
  • Manage cash handling and maintain a secure environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate and reliable with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
