Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our branch operations locations throughout the country.

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and leading people, ensuring the ultimate success of the local operations, territory, company, and position. This includes overseeing all operations personnel, maintaining superior knowledge of operations management, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Manage and lead operations teams to achieve company goals and objectives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety standards and ensure compliance across all operations
• Develop and implement strategies to meet key KPIs and improve team performance
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors

• Previous experience in operations management, post-graduate degree an asset
• Strong construction or restoration industry background
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and analytically at a high-level
• Computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
