Grain Terminal Operations Director

Job Summary
">We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the operations and administration of our Northgate industrial site. As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage staff onsite, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations, as well as championing a strong culture of safety behaviors and risk management best practices.

- Manage all operations and staff scheduling on site, including grain elevator, fertilizer warehouse, propane transloading, and industrial products.">
- Collaborate with commercial teams to maximize the value of the facility and identify growth opportunities.">
- Lead employees and company culture on site, including admin & commercial teams, setting individual goals and executing reviews.">
- Act as a leader across the organization and participate in the extended leadership team.">
- Direct and manage facility repairs, budgeting, tracking, and submitting approvals.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in plant operations capacity and leading teams.">
- An engineering/mechanical background or prior experience.">
- Prior experience outlining and managing project plans for growth and operational improvements.">
- A proven track record implementing and managing safety and risk management programs.">
- Proven business, operations, financial, and commercial competencies with prior P&L experience strongly preferred.">
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.">
- Unquestionable business ethics and integrity.">
Working Conditions
">The work environment is normal office and grain facility conditions with moderate pressure of deadlines. The noise level is moderate.
">Compensation
">Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer competitive benefits, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
