Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Nanki Immigration and Consulting Inc. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
