Job Title: Food Truck Manager

Join Greek on the Street /Estia Gourmet, a dynamic food truck company, as we seek a skilled Food Truck Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our food truck, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Manage events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Point of sale system knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependability, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
