Key Responsibilities:- System Design and Implementation: Conduct thorough customer station reviews to identify current system capabilities and end-user requirements. Develop and implement customized station review documents, dial plan designs, and station templates to meet customer needs.
- System Configuration and Testing: Program all user endpoints, voicemail boxes, menus, and call center agent endpoints. Configure and test trunk connections, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
- System Maintenance and Support: Troubleshoot system issues, provide post-cutover support, and assist with customer cutover. Register all gateways to the core, deploy branch survivable servers, and patch them to ensure system stability.
- Integration and Certificates: Work with third-party vendors to integrate third-party applications, obtain necessary certificates, and ensure dial plan and call routing configurations are accurate.
- Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Create customized documentation for customer education, call flow design, and system administration. Facilitate end-user training and provide day 2 handoff knowledge transfers to ensure smooth system operation.
- Secret Clearance Level 2: Must possess a Secret Clearance Level 2.
- Avaya Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Avaya systems.
- Organizational and Multi-Tasking Skills: Must be highly organized and able to multi-task effectively.
- Avaya Certifications: Avaya certifications are highly desirable.
- Bilingual: Bilingual skills are a plus.
