Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team at Joe's Pizza Shop. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Help with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading dishes, utensils, and equipment from the dishwasher.
- Help with maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies and ingredients.
- Help with removing trash and recyclables from the kitchen.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Reliability and dependability.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
The Kitchen Helper will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and cleaning chemicals. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace is essential.
