Kitchen Assistant

At Joe's Pizza Shop, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are sanitized and stored properly. You will also assist with food preparation, including washing and cutting vegetables, and operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.

- Assist with food preparation, including washing and cutting vegetables
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Keep records of the quantities of food used
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
