Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Days Inn. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Operational Procedures
The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our housekeeping department.
Implement Infection Control MeasuresThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing measures to prevent the spread of infection in our facilities, including the development of protocols for special situations and outbreaks.
Supervise StaffThe Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties to the highest standard.
Manage FinancesThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the housekeeping department, including the preparation of budgets and payrolls.
Maintain InventoryThe Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that our facilities are well-stocked and equipped.
Requirements- Education
A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
ExperienceThe successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
Working ConditionsThe Housekeeping Manager will work 38 hours per week, with a permanent contract.
The working language is English.
