Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Days Inn. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Operational Procedures: Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, payrolls, and financial reports to ensure the housekeeping department operates efficiently.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluency in English
Working Hours: 38 hours per week
