Director of Engineering Operations

We're seeking a seasoned Director to lead our engineering organization for our Golf product. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting engineering teams building a cloud-based golf management platform trusted by thousands of golf clubs.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Software Development Managers to help their teams deliver on their goals, continuously improve processes, tooling, and performance.
- Work closely with Product and Design to efficiently execute on the roadmap while balancing product goals with engineering excellence.
- Ensure the growth of a diverse, happy, and high-performing organization of Software Engineers.
- Develop and lead high-performance & engaged software engineering teams.
- Manage organizational, cultural & technical changes within the organization.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of software engineering principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong software development background with a history of being an engineer & expertise in multiple mainstream technology stacks (RoR, Node, JVM,.NET, etc).
- Expertise in software architecture & design of scalable, maintainable & resilient systems that run on the cloud across regions.
- Experience running & managing operations of business critical systems on the cloud.
- Experience leading other leaders in a software engineering organization.
