We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Eastern Passage Physiotherapy. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve optimal health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registration in good standing with the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association.
- Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.
