Store Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Store Director to lead our retail operations at Quark Consulting Group Ltd. dba Shell Gas Station. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing price and credits policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including procurement and inventory management.
• Implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and revenue.
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
• Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management.
• Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
• Fluency in English.
