Foicon is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve business processes and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve business processes and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
- Develop and maintain business cases and cost-benefit analyses
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain business process models and diagrams
- Provide training and support to end-users on new business processes and systems
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in business analysis and modeling
- Experience in applying business modeling techniques and tools
- Experience in developing business strategies and business process reengineering
- Experience in developing business cases and cost-benefit analyses
- Experience in conducting feasibility studies and providing recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience in developing and maintaining business process models and diagrams
- Experience in providing training and support to end-users on new business processes and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with diverse business environments and enterprise-wide systems
- Experience in working with Doent Management Systems or Customer Relationship Management Systems
