As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to our financial portfolio and corporate services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and oversight to the finance and corporate services teams, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement funding strategies that support capital work, portfolio regeneration, and the Asset Management Plan (AMP).
- Oversee the planning, analysis, and forecasting of financial data, including the development of accurate and sustainable budgets.
- Ensure the effective management of contractors, vendors, and consultants, and support the resolution of contract disputes and legal matters.
- Develop and implement an IT transformation strategy, and direct IT operations to meet organizational needs.
- Post-secondary degree in Business Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and administration, and corporate services management at a senior level.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a multicultural, unionized environment working with a diverse client/tenant group.
- Proven track record of strategically developing and leading change initiatives.
- Recent and relevant experience in the public/not-for-profit sector.
- Target salary range of $101,663.73 to $130,189.79 per annum.
- Comprehensive health benefits and a defined benefit pension plan.
