Job Overview:

We seek a qualified and dedicated Medical Director to oversee and provide medical services in primary care clinics and a state-of-the-art MedSpa.

The Medical Director will manage comprehensive patient care, including consultations, minor procedures, and aesthetic medical treatments. This is a unique opportunity to split time between clinical and aesthetic care in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive healthcare services at both primary care clinics.
  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Oversee and supervise High-End MedSpa treatments IV therapy, including Botox, fillers, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and aestheticians, to deliver high-quality care.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatments to ensure optimal health and aesthetic results.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD) with a valid license to practice.
  • Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) or equivalent.
  • Experience or willingness to train in aesthetic medicine, including injectable treatments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Revenue split option based on client volume and treatment type, negotiable for MedSpa services.
