Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our clients. This includes driving a taxi, handling customer transactions, and ensuring the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a taxi and transport passengers to their destinations
  • Handle customer transactions, including collecting fares and providing change
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained, including performing minor repairs
  • Assist passengers with luggage and provide basic tourist information
  • Operate dispatch systems and two-way radios to communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times
Requirements
  • Provincial or Territorial Commercial Vehicle licence (Class 4 or E)
  • 20/20 vision

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. The work schedule will be approximately 40-50 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
