About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Food Service Associate to join our team at Dexterra. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food items and assume responsibilities for any job task associated with an assigned service station, adhering to all required health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, kitchen, and dining area, and clean dishes and cutlery manually or with the dishwasher.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with the Chef Manager and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Foodservice experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
