At Feastivities Events & Catering, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Advise customers on menu selections and provide recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • Work setting: Catering firm.
  • Physically demanding, requiring bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Overtime required.
