**About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Specialist to join our team at Harry Winston. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and secure environment, utilizing advanced electronic security systems to protect our assets.

**Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our comprehensive security infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and swift incident response. This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze video and electronic security systems across all locations, identifying potential security risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement effective incident response plans, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of security incidents.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders on security-related matters.
  • Contribute to the development of security protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as computer science, cybersecurity, or criminology.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
