Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
The Customer Service Expert's role is vital in the Domino's system. We pride ourselves on offering fast and friendly service, and our CSEs lead the way in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Within our fast-paced environment, the primary role is to offer top-quality customer service by phone and in person at the counter. Customer Service Experts are expected to be knowledgeable about Domino's products and current offers to provide customers with the correct order and best value based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take orders by phone-in customers, as well as customers at the store* Manage the cash drawer when accepting payment for orders and returning change* Handle customer concerns using the approach taught during Domino's on-boarding and orientation* Assist in secondary roles, such as making quality products, labeling boxes, cutting pizzas, and preparing orders for delivery or to be served to in-store customers* Maintain the store's professional image by participating in cleaning tasks assigned to all team members
Requirements:
* Friendly and well-spoken* Good math skills to handle cash handling for in-store customer payments* Speak English fluently to serve customers* Legally allowed to work in Canada* Benefits:
