Lead the Way at Orangetheory Fitness

Are you a fitness enthusiast with a passion for leading and motivating others? Do you have a strong background in group fitness and a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Head Coach to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Studio Manager and Regional Leadership to drive studio success
  • Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional member experiences
  • Recruit, train, and educate new coaches to ensure their success
  • Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to guide interested consumers through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Conduct fitness staff meetings and attend mandatory webinars
  • Build the monthly coaching schedule
  • Lead and motivate members through pre-designed workouts
  • Stay up-to-date on the science behind our workouts and industry trends
Requirements:
  • Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification
  • 20-25 hours per week in the studio, including 15+ hours of coaching and 10 hours of administrative duties
