Job Title: Clubhouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clubhouse Operations Manager to join our team at Spicy Palace. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clubhouse facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work to ensure the clubhouse remains in good working order.
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the well-being of our clients and guests.
  • Collaborate with other work units and departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality and production levels of our facilities and equipment.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring they are handled and maintained with care.
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Clean and maintain industrial or household articles, ensuring they are returned to their original condition.
Requirements:
  • College or CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
