Job Title: Clubhouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clubhouse Operations Manager to join our team at Spicy Palace. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clubhouse facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work to ensure the clubhouse facilities are well-maintained and safe for clients and staff.
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor quality and production levels to ensure high standards are met.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient use.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles as needed.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
