- Provide High-Quality Tax Service and Advice
- Deliver exceptional tax service and advice to clients
- Stay up-to-date on new tax legislation and case law
- Mentor and Guide Staff
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff members
- Help to develop and implement training programs for staff
- Minimum 3 Years of Relevant Tax Experience
- Completion of the In-Depth Tax Program
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
- Experience with Inbound and Outbound Cross-Border Tax Compliance
- General Understanding of the Canada-US Tax Treaty
- Strong Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills
