About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Acquisitions to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and success through strategic acquisitions and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead due diligence efforts to identify potential risks and opportunities for our organization
  • Conduct financial analyses to determine the economics of potential partner firms
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration of new partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and manage diligence projects
  • Oversee supporting workstreams, including IT, compliance, and tax
Requirements
  • Proven experience in due diligence engagements, transaction advisory services, or corporate development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to advance multiple workstreams under tight timelines
  • Post-graduate professional education, such as CPA, CBV, CFA, or MBA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
