As a Banquet Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of all Food and Beverage for functions held in the Hotel and all details about functions being held in all banquet and meeting rooms. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional banquet experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of all Food and Beverage for functions held in the Hotel
  • Ensure all details about functions being held in all banquet and meeting rooms are accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide an exceptional banquet experience for our guests

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Serving it Right Certification
  • Excellent food and wine knowledge
  • Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to motivate and support employees
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, carry, or push up to 50lbs
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
