Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned executive with expertise in multi-platform operations to join our leadership team.

You will oversee full franchise operations, project management, and project auditing for one of our unannounced projects.

Your greatest strengths are building relationships, creatively working through project risks, and being comfortable in both longer-term strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead coaching, mentoring, and career development of your team, responsible for talent planning within your cross-functional team. Lead project managers at all levels of your team.
  • Partner with the leadership team to ensure the team has the best organizational structure and processes that allow them to produce high-quality, on-time, and on-budget results.
  • Manage all operational aspects of game development for a team or multiple teams, including establishing development frameworks, reporting, risk management, capacity planning, resource management, and budget.
  • Determine the resource needs of the team, resolve identified gaps, monitor, and adjust capacity plans within multiple projects.
  • Work with the Executive Producer, Finance, and Product Manager to establish a project budget.
  • Collaborate with the project team to determine task requirements, estimates, and assign tasks to team resources.
  • Reconcile basic financial information for reporting with the Executive Producer and Product Manager.
  • Ensure projects are within spending limits for time and resources.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Project Management, Operations, and leadership experience with the ability to work with a variety of partners.
  • 2+ years recent experience leading development on multi-platform environments, in a AAA game environment.
  • Experience managing a large project or multiple projects using various project management methodologies.
  • Experience building resource plans and managing budgets at scale.
  • Strength in building relationships and setting clear expectations.
  • Proven track record of developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.
