- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate key messages to internal teams (management, employees) and external stakeholders (Board of Directors, investors, regulators).
- Facilitation of M&A: Perform industry research to evaluate trends, competitive landscape, and potential risks, incorporating these insights into strategic recommendations that guide decision-making in M&A transactions.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for logical reasoning and creating effective action plans.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing and reviewing strategic reports and models.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation tools such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial data analysis, strategic planning, investor relations or related roles. Experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
