We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with physical disabilities in their homes and community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living and implement group and individual programs in clients' homes and community sites.
- Work collaboratively with an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Nurses, and other Allied Health members to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and support to patients to maximize their functional ability and independence.
- Travel locally within the surrounding area to provide services to clients.
