Your Role:
  • As a Motorsports Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing our motorsport equipment.
  • You will work closely with our service advisors to provide accurate notes and parts lists to build estimates.
  • You will process repairs, maintenance requests, and new unit preparations according to schedule.
  • You will be required to travel to remote locations and other NWC locations as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of motorsport technician experience with OEM certification in at least one product line.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the year.
  • Class 5 driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • 2+ years' experience in a related field or experience working on personal ATVs, Ski-Doo, and/or watercrafts.
  • Ability to use and train staff on OEM diagnostic systems.
  • Ability to write diagnosis and work completed on routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Strong time management skills with the capability to work effectively under pressure.
