About the Role

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Legal Contract Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a key member of our Legal Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of global contracts and documentation, including content updates, version control, and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Legal Knowledge Management team with managing global contracts and documentation changes, working copies, version control, approval process, and website publishing process for Trust and Compliance documentation.
  • Work in a diverse and complex environment, including executive contact, and perform more complex knowledge administrative activities, such as managing knowledge projects, composing reports, working in case management systems, preparing/editing presentations, and managing PO/vendor process for Do not Call list procurement.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to develop communications, recommend or make purchase decisions, and train others on advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications.
Requirements

  • Prior experience working with a platform is preferred.
