About the Job:
The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care, including wound care, IV therapy, and pleurex drain management.

This is a casual opportunity, with hours not guaranteed and shifts potentially at short notice. However, casual employees are eligible to apply for internal postings, including permanent and temporary positions.
