Welcome to MILESTONES GRILL & BAR, a dynamic and fast-paced environment where we're looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Ensure all staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations
  • Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members

Work Conditions and Physical Demands:

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Attention to detail is essential

  • Flexible and organized, with the ability to multitask

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
