Restaurant Operations Manager

Zunyan Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, including cost control, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and experience with accounting software and point of sale systems.
- Competitive Salary: $500,001 - $1,500,000 per year.
