Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient daily operations.

  • Prepare detailed budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Oversee maintenance activities, guaranteeing a clean and safe environment for guests.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Create effective work schedules to optimize team performance.

Requirements

  • Ability to establish priorities, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
