Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our team at Grote Electronics. As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, wiring, and installing prefabricated parts to form subassemblies or finished products using hand and/or power tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install prefabricated parts to form subassemblies or finished products
- Use hand and/or power tools to assemble and install parts
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Test assemblies to prescribed standards and follow First-off procedure
- Ensure all components are cleaned prior to assembly
- Package and store assembled components in a manner that meets company handling and storage procedures
- Work overtime as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in electronic assembly position
- Meticulous attention to details
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Teamwork and cooperation skills; must be reliable
- Understanding of metric system and use of measuring devices
- Ability to read prints and schematic an asset
- WHMIS Training and Safety Conscious
