About the Role

Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the capacity strengthening of staff at the National Conservation Trust Fund (NCTF) in Grenada. As a Gender Equality Specialist, you will play a key role in mainstreaming gender equality and social inclusion into the organization's policies, programs, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of staff capacity to implement gendered policies, programs, and services
  • Develop and deliver training resources and conduct training sessions with staff on gender equality mainstreaming
  • Support the development of operational and HR policies

Requirements

  • University degree in social sciences, international development, human rights, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in promoting gender equality and social inclusion
  • Experience working with government agencies and senior management
  • Experience in training and facilitation
