Data Management Director

As a key member of the Volunteer Centre of Calgary team, the Head Director of Recruitment will play a crucial role in devising effective strategies to attract volunteers for the Canada CyberSTEAM Challenge. This national competition aims to inspire high school and junior high students to apply science, technology, engineering, arts, and math in real-life scenarios.
The ideal candidate will be organized, a good leader, positive, and work well in a team. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training Recruitment Directors to assist in advertising volunteer positions, as well as managing data entry and logging. Additionally, the successful candidate will have opportunities to develop skills in marketing, public speaking, and community interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
