Job Title: Director of Data Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and effective leader to join our team as a Director of Data Management at the Volunteer Centre of Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising strategies to attract volunteers for the Canada CyberSTEAM Challenge and recruiting and training Recruitment Directors to assist in advertising volunteer positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract volunteers for the Canada CyberSTEAM Challenge
  • Recruit and train Recruitment Directors to assist in advertising volunteer positions
  • Manage and maintain accurate data entry and logging systems
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to volunteers and stakeholders

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
  • Experience in data management and entry
